Following his graduation from the Faculty of Architecture at the Brno Technical University, Mrva initially worked in the Prague atelier Gama under Karel Prager. In 2000, he founded his own studio Kamil Mrva Architects, headquartered in the town of Kopřivnice. In addition to a sizeable number of private residences, his projects include, among others, the reconstruction and enlargement of an earlier administrative structure for a company headquarters in Bernartice nad Odrou, a hotel in Kopřivnice or a shopping centre in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. As of 2012, Studio KMA has also maintained a branch in Prague.

A graduate in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, with international fellowships in Barcelona and Pohang (South Korea), she has since 2006 worked at the Institute of Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) in Barcelona. At the same time, she has also practiced actively in the studio MiAS Architects as chief architect and project leader; among her main achievements are the iGuzzini Illuminazione corporate headquarters in Sant Cugat del Vallès, the market hall and square in Barceloneta or the marionette theatre in the Barcelona amusement park Tibidabo. She has also worked as a curator, editor and in addition to her teaching at IAAC also serves as the institute’s current director of communication and external relations.

Trained at the Brussels Architektuur Hoogschool Sint Lukas, he founded the architectural studio V+ with Thierry Decuyper in 1998. Among their projects is the renovation and enlargement of the town hall of Montigny-le-Tilleul or a series of passive and energy-efficient apartment buildings in Brussels. Since 2007, he has also held an academic position as studio assistant at the Institut Supérieur d‘Architecture Saint-Luc de Wallonie.

A graduate from the Faculty of Architecture at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, with study eperience at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Lyon, he has since 2007 been a partner in the Bratislava atelier gutgut, which he manages with Števo Polakovič, and since 2011 served as a studio assistant at the Department of Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. Among the most recent completed projects of gutgut are the reconstruction of a prefabricated apartment block in Rimavská Sobota or a newly constructed apartment structure in Bratislava.

Kohl graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University in Prague, along with studies in the USA. Both an architect and a developer, he has been active since 2008 in the development company Doma-je-Doma s.r.o., which prepares projects for energy-efficient dwellings in cooperation with local authorities. He served as consultant to the District of Prague 7 on the choice of suitable structures for the new town hall.

Having studied international relations and political science, Latin, and economic history at Charles University, he became in 2013 the chief organiser of a referendum against plans to construct an excessively costly district town hall for Prague 7. Also in 2013, he co-founded the association PRAHA 7 SOBĚ and in the 2014 local elections was voted council member and subsequently mayor of the district of Prague 7.

In addition to completing M.A. and PhD studies at the Charles University Faculty of Arts, Lenka Burgerová also has a degree in architecture from the Faculty of Architecture at the Brno Technical University. She has also completed international exchanges in Vienna and Karlsruhe. She has worked with the studio 3+1 architekti, lectures at the Department of Urban Design at the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University in Prague, and since 2014 has been a member of the District Council of Prague 7, with a focus on urban development and architecture.

Originally from Brno, she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Czech Technical University in Prague, with study experience as well from Spain. She worked with the studio Architektonický ateliér Lábus, and then founded with Radek Jaroušek an independent office, Jaroušek Rochová architekti, where she has worked primarily on private residences and residential and commercial interiors, both for new buildings and reconstructions. For her realisation in the South Moravian village of Malá Lhota, she won the 2011 Czech Architects’ Grand Prix in the category of single-family houses. With Liběna Rochová and Jan Činčera, she worked on the prizewinning presentation of retail space for Designblok 2012.

A graphic designer by training, he founded in 1995 the graphic studio Marvil, where he served as creative director. Many of the projects that he managed received important Czech and international awards– e.g. Red Dot Design 2010, “Most Beautiful Book of 2010” or the European Design Awards 2014. In 2014, he was elected to the district council of Prague 7 for the association PRAHA 7 SOBĚ; one year later, he was selected as the councillor responsible for the new Prague 7 town hall.
